Some added information regarding easier and hassle-free installation of the accelerator & brake pedal.

Originally, aluminium pedals aren't sold as pedals only, you have to buy the whole accelerator assy or/and brake pedal assy, if you want to upgrade from the rubber-soled pedals to aluminium sport pedals.

For the accelerator assy, the speed sensor might be incorporated with it.

Aluminium pedals (at Peugeot), should cost a bomb.

The pedals that i'm promoting here fit in 100% with automatic 206.

FITTING THE BRAKE PEDAL
To fit the brake pedal without additional drilling, remove the rubber sole of the brake pedal and locate position of two (2) ready-made hole at the base plate of the brake pedal.

Aligned the aluminium brake pedals to these holes and you will notice that there are two (2) holes on the aluminium plate that aligned with this holes on the base plate.

Just make two (2) corresponding holes at the provided rubber plate (come together with aluminium brake pedal) and now the aluminium brake pedal could be fitted to the base plate without the need of drilling the base plate.

s to the holes in the brake base plate, make a hole at the the rubber sole between the 2 holes (
These holes should align perfectly with the holes available at the aluminium brake pedal.

FITTING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL
First, remove the original (plastic) accelerator pedal from the accelerator base plate. Just pull it towards you and slide it (to the right if i'm not mistaken).

Once it is removed, place the aluminium accelerator pedal on top of the original accelerator pedal. Position the aluminium pedal so that the positioning is perfect.

With a liquid paper pen or marker, marked the centre of the two (2) holes (One at the top and the other at the bottom.

Make two (2) small holes at the marked areas (hole diameter as the supplied screw diameter - around 5mm) to allow fitment of the fitting screw.

Fit the aluminium pedal to the accelerator original pedal. Dont overtight the screw & nut.

Once this is done, fit the 'enhance' pedal back to the base plate.

A simple DIY job, i would say.

As a continuous improvement effort, I am introducing an 'easy' part exchange / installation scheme for purchaser for this sport pedal.

For the accelerator pedal, i am able to post to buyer, aluminium accelerator pedal that has already been fitted to the original (plastic) accelerator pedal. So what left for buyer to do is to fit the aluminium brake pedals.

Please see pic (will upload later) for illustration.

However, i need buyer commitment and cooperation to post their original (plastic) accelerator pedal back to me at buyer cost.

Deal?
